10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in San Mateo County or Santa Clara County, California.
